Our team has compiled a list of eating disorder resources and support groups to help you navigate recovery or care for a loved one. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, loneliness, or are in need of additional recovery tools, we’re here to support you. Yoga for Eating Disorder Recovery course includes peer support, community, skill-building, and embodied practices to help with recovery. This free course is offered monthly (runs for four weeks) and is available at a variety of times, confidential and open to anyone age 16+ or older who is in active eating disorder recovery. Yoga + Recovery Chats Events are a great way to connect with others in recovery, share your challenges and celebrations and access support. Embody a short practice specifically designed to support eating disorder recovery and receive ideas and inspiration from those with first-hand experience of what it takes to recover. Our virtual prayer support group for parents and loved ones will help you connect with others who are on similar journeys and engage your faith to find hope in the recovery journey.

This support group provides a safe space for parents to connect with others to freely process their role in the recovery process during these challenging times.
